I've just pulled a batch of homemade focaccia bread out of the oven and I'm wondering: what are your favorite accompaniments to serve alongside it? 
I completely forgot that I was supposed to add a side to complement it. Is olive oil and balsamic vinegar good? fresh herb? or entirely something else? Help me I'm running out of time! Hahaha!
