Garlic Parmesan Wings are a delicious and savory treat that are perfect for any occasion. Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Season the wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Bake the wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Toss the wings: Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the wings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
