Hey everyone! I wanted to share my go-to recipe for garlic butter chicken wings. These are super flavorful, crispy, and ridiculously easy to make. Perfect for game nights or just a comfort food craving! Let me know if you try them
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the wings in olive oil, then spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the baked wings in the garlic butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot!
