Advice for pushing 2k+ in the current season?

Hey guys, I’m looking for some serious advice on 3v3. My team is currently hovering around 1850, and we feel like we’ve hit a ceiling. We’re running a standard meta comp, but our transitions and target swapping feel just a half-second too slow compared to the teams we’re facing now. We’ve watched all the guides and streams, but applying it in the heat of a match is a different story. Has anyone here hired a coach or played with high-rated players to see what the difference is? I’m considering a rating boost just to get the experience of playing in those higher brackets, but I want to make sure it’s worth the investment. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Honestly, that 1800-1900 bracket is where the "real" game starts, and the skill gap to 2k+ can feel like a canyon. I was stuck there for the longest time until I decided to run some games with professional players just to see what I was missing. I ended up working with these guys and it was a total eye-opener. It wasn't just about them carrying the matches; it was seeing how they communicate and how they anticipate the enemy's next three moves. It definitely took the stress out of the seasonal grind and got me the rating I needed for my weapon upgrades. If you want to stop spinning your wheels and actually see progress, it’s a solid move.
