Hello all! I’ve been trying to watch my cholesterol levels and was wondering if rotisserie chicken has a lot of cholesterol. Anyone know more about this? Would appreciate any info you have! 🧐

Rotisserie chicken can be a good option if you're watching your cholesterol, especially if you remove the skin. The white meat, like the breast, is lower in fat and cholesterol compared to dark meat and skin. Just be mindful of any added seasonings or marinades that might contain extra sodium or fat. Overall, it's a lean protein choice when enjoyed in moderation! 🐔😊
