Anyone know how much sugar is in lumpia?

I'm trying to reduce my sugar consumption and curious about the sugar content in lumpia. Is it generally high or low? Anyone who knows, could you shed some light on this? 🔍🍬
 
Uhmmm ..sugar content in lumpia can really vary depending on the recipe! Some fillings might have added sugar, but savory versions with no wrappers will be much lower. If you check the recipe ingredients, you can usually get a good idea ;) I've seen some lumpia recipes that are pretty low in sugar overall :D
