I made this apple ginger crumble for dessert, and it’s such a warm and comforting treat! Perfect with a scoop of ice cream.

- 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced (about 4 medium apples)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the apples are bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
