I baked this apple walnut cake over the weekend, and it turned out so moist and flavorful! Perfect for coffee or dessert.

Ingredients:- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the diced apples and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
