🍽️ **Ingredients**:
- 1 block firm tofu
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice

1. **Prepare the Tofu**:
- Drain the tofu and pat it dry with paper towels. To remove excess moisture, you can wrap the tofu in paper towels and place a heavy object on top for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the tofu block into thick slices or cubes, depending on your preference.

2. **Heat the Oil**:
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

3. **Fry the Tofu**:
- Carefully add the tofu slices or cubes into the hot oil.
- Fry until the tofu is golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the tofu with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

4. **Serve**:
- Serve the fried tofu hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions, grated daikon radish, or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
