Alright, pasta lovers, get ready to have your taste buds blown away by this flavor-packed pasta alla puttanesca recipe! 🍝 If you've never tried puttanesca before, it's basically a saucy, briny, and oh-so-delicious Italian dish that'll transport you straight to the streets of Naples with every bite 😋

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb angelhair pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or more if you like it spicy)
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving


Instructions:
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the angelhair pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and let them sizzle for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juices), sliced olives, and capers. Give everything a good stir and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss it all together until the noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve those bad boys up hot, with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
