Ingredients:
- 2-3 eggs
- 2-3 tomatoes
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides to create little tomato cups. Place them in a baking dish.
- Crack an egg into each tomato cup. Yep, it's that simple.
- Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
- Serve hot and enjoy the magic!
