  • 1 Ā½ lbs beef chuck, cubed

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sear the beef cubes until browned on all sides.
