    • Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Sear the Meat:
    • In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, heat a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Sear the brisket on both sides until it’s browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Aromatics:
    • In the same pot, add sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until they’re soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  4. Make the Sauce:
    • Add beef broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
  5. Combine and Cook:
    • Place the brisket back into the pot. Spoon some of the sauce over the top of the meat.
    • Cover the pot with a lid or aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
    • Cook for about 3-4 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
