Loaded with savory seasoned beef, gooey melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings, these nachos are perfect for game day or any fiesta occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the taco seasoning packet to the beef according to the package instructions. Stir well to combine.
4. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Add diced tomatoes, onions, sliced jalapeños, and black olives on top of the cheese.
7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
