Just whipped up this berry banana smoothie, and it’s my new favorite morning drink! So refreshing and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:

  1. Add the banana, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ice into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
