Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Add the banana, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ice into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
