Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced smoked sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
