Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe​

Ingredients:​

  • 2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • ¾ cup hot pepper sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 1 (8-ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Directions:​

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Gather all ingredients.
  2. Cook Chicken:
    • Heat the chicken and hot pepper sauce in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Continue to cook and stir until well blended and warm, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add Cheese:
    • Mix in half of the shredded Cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  5. Cook in Slow Cooker:
    • Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook on Low until the dip is hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the hot dip with celery sticks and chicken-flavored crackers. Enjoy!
