- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the mixed greens among four bowls. Top each with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, shredded cheese, pickles, and bacon bits (if using).
- Add Dressing: Drizzle the dressing over each bowl just before serving.
