Cajun Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the Steak Bites: Toss the steak bites in a bowl with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer (do it in batches if needed) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Cajun Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine and Serve: Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter until they’re coated in all that deliciousness.
