Hey everyone! Is it cool to think of bruschetta as more than just an appetizer?
You know, like a side dish maybe? I've always seen it kick off meals, but lately, my mind's been wandering. Why should bruschetta be limited to an appetizer? Cause it could sit next to pasta or steak! Have any of you tried making a twist on the traditional meal sequence with bruschetta on the side?
