Hey, curious if anyone here has tried using chili mix in place of taco seasoning for tacos? I'm eyeing my pantry and, well, realized I'm out of the usual spices for taco night. Chili mix is sitting there, seemingly a viable alternative. Thoughts on flavor impact or adjustments needed?

Use chili mix as a substitute for taco seasoning in a pinch! However, keep in mind that chili mix typically contains a blend of spices like chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, which may result in a slightly different flavor profile compared to traditional taco seasoning. Adjust the quantity to taste and consider adding additional spices like cumin or paprika if needed to enhance the taco flavor. 🌮🌶️
