Can people with diabetes eat buffalo chicken?

Oh my friend really love buffalo chicken but I’m really unsure whether that is safe for a diabetic patient or not. Anybody has any experience or suggestion regarding this?

I think it’s fine in moderation if you skip the sugary sauces, though checking with a doctor is always best!
