Hey guys, ever nibbled on cold roasted carrots? Wondering if chilling alters their flavor or texture too much. 
Some veggies work great cold, others not so much. I've enjoyed them hot off the oven but never tried chilled. Keen to hear if anyone else finds them tasty or if it's a culinary misstep.

They still have that sweet, caramelized flavor, but the texture does get a bit firmer. It's not a misstep at all—totally worth a try!
