Today my taste buds finding sweet, crunchy, and chewy. So, I made this recipe - Caramilk Rice Bubble Slice, this is so easy to make and you'll never look back once you taste it.

Enjoy this delicious and indulgent Caramilk Rice Bubble Slice as a sweet treat!
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 100g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 x 180g blocks Caramilk chocolate, chopped
- 250g caramel-flavoured shortbread biscuits
- 55g (1 1/2 cups) Rice Bubbles cereal
- 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut, toasted
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- Grease a 20 x 30cm slice pan and line the base and 2 long sides with baking paper, leaving some overhang on the long sides.
- In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and half of the chopped Caramilk chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Place the caramel-flavoured shortbread biscuits in a food processor and process until fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the Rice Bubbles and toasted coconut. Pour in the condensed milk mixture and stir to combine.
- Press the mixture evenly over the base of the prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the remaining Caramilk chocolate with vegetable oil until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit layer and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into small pieces and serve.
