Here's a taste sensation that'll have your taste buds singing. Easy to make and sure to impress, this recipe is a must-try for any bacon lover.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Lay 2 slices of bacon on each chicken breast, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Sear the chicken roll-ups in the skillet until the bacon is browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
