- Prepare the chicken wings by removing the wingtip and forming them into lollipop shapes.
- Marinate the chicken wings in your preferred marinade for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breading ingredients with your desired seasonings.
- Dredge each chicken lollipop in the breading mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Carefully place the coated chicken lollipops into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken lollipops from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
