Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Casings (optional)
Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with all the seasonings.
  2. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the chicken.
  3. If using casings, soak them in water according to package instructions.
  4. Stuff the chicken mixture into the casings using a sausage stuffer or your hands, if you're comfortable with that method.
  5. Twist the sausages into links at desired intervals, about 4-5 inches apart.
  6. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
  7. Once cooked, serve the chicken sausages hot with your favorite sides or use them in your favorite recipes. Enjoy!
