- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings, making sure they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
