  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying
Instructions:
  1. In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in the third.
  2. Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the coated chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
