  • 1 pound chicken tenders (or chicken breasts cut into strips)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Breading Stations:
    • Set up three shallow dishes. In the first dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • In the second dish, beat the eggs.
    • In the third dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese if using.
  2. Coat Chicken Tenders:
    • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
    • Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry Chicken Tenders:
    • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 1/4 inch of oil).
