- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Cooking oil (for frying)
- Prepare Breading Stations:
- Set up three shallow dishes. In the first dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In the second dish, beat the eggs.
- In the third dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese if using.
- Coat Chicken Tenders:
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry Chicken Tenders:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 1/4 inch of oil).
