  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
  1. Mix Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, honey (or brown sugar), lemon juice (or vinegar), minced garlic, rosemary (or thyme), black pepper, and salt.
