This classic dish is a hearty blend of ground beef, beans, and aromatic spices, simmered to perfection for a soul-warming experience.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garnish: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook, uncovered, for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded together and the chili has thickened to your desired consistency.
6. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, or sliced green onions.
