- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
- Prepare the Rice: Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork when done.
