Hey everyone! I just tried making biscotti for the first time, and I’ve got to share how delicious it turned out! It’s got that perfect crunch with mini chocolate chips for a little extra sweetness

- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the wet mixture. Mix just until combined—don’t overdo it!
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips with a silicone spatula.
- Shape the dough into two logs (about 13″ long and 3″ wide) on your prepared baking sheet. Press them down gently with your hands.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then let them cool. Once cool, slice into 1.5″ pieces using a serrated knife.
- Return the slices to the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes per side to get them crisp.
