I just made these chocolate chip shortbread cookies, and they are dangerously good! Buttery, crisp, and full of chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients:- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls or press it into a flat log shape, then slice into rounds.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
