Ingredients:
3 lemons, zested and juiced
3 limes, zested and juiced
3 grapefruits, zested and juiced
Âľ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Club soda or seltzer
Directions:

Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat the mixture until it comes to a gentle boil.
