  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
For the Topping:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons turbinado sugar (for sprinkling)
Recommended Equipment:
  • Kitchen scale (optional)
  • 9×13 baking pan
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
