Ingredients:
  • 1 cowboy ribeye steak (bone-in, about 2 inches thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:
  1. Preheat and Season:
    • Preheat your grill to high heat.
    • Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil.
    • Rub the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper all over the steak. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the Steak:
    • Place the steak on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust cooking time to your preferred doneness).
    • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
  3. Rest and Serve:
    • Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
    • Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
