Hey everyone! I just made this last night, and it turned out SO good, I had to share. If you’re into quick and flavorful meals that feel like they came out of a fancy kitchen, you’ll love this. Here’s how I did it:
Let me know if you try this and how it turns out! Or if you tweak it, I’d love to hear your version . Happy cooking!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced (I go heavy on garlic because why not?)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Steps:
- Prep the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a little Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 5-6 mins per side). Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté the garlic until fragrant (don’t let it burn!). Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until it’s smooth and slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add the chicken back into the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up that dreamy sauce.
