want to try? you'll need:
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each pork tenderloin strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated pork strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
