- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each pork tenderloin strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated pork strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the crispy pork tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside your preferred side dishes. Enjoy!
