Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and toss with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Toss with lime juice before serving.
