- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and toss with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
