Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving as a tasty snack or topping for salads.
