Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked bacon, ham, or sausage

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie dish or baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Stir in shredded cheese and diced vegetables (and cooked meats if using) until evenly distributed.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
6. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
7. Enjoy this delicious Crustless Quiche warm or at room temperature! 🍽️
