Ingredients:
- 4 cube steaks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Prepare the Steak:
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each cube steak in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Cook the Steak:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cube steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

- Return the cube steaks to the skillet, spooning some of the gravy over the steaks.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
