Ingredients:
  • 4 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Start by blending the chopped cucumbers, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, and water. Blend again until everything is well mixed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
