Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Sparkling water or soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pitcher or large glass, add the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the cucumber and mint.
- Drizzle the honey or agave syrup over the cucumber and mint.
- Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the cucumber and mint with the lime juice and sweetener, releasing their flavors.
- Fill the pitcher or glass with ice cubes.
- Pour sparkling water or soda water into the pitcher or glass, stirring gently to combine.
- Taste the cooler and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more honey/agave or lime juice if needed.
- Garnish the Cucumber Mint Cooler with lime slices and mint sprigs.
