I wanted to share my favorite homemade banana bread recipe with you all. It's super easy to make and always turns out moist and flavorful. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack any time of the day!

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir well.
- Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
- Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
