Hello everyone! Lately, I've been loving grape jelly meatballs, but I'm wondering about their calorie count. Do grape jelly meatballs have lots of calories? I'm all for enjoying them, but I want to be mindful of my intake!
They can be on the higher side,yes coz the sugar in the jelly and fat from the meatballs add up ..But hey, moderation is key! Enjoy them as an occasional treat! Maybe halve the recipe or use a lighter jelly option if you're watching calories
