Recently, I have been spending more time in the cooking area trying new recipes. I noticed that my feet are starting to hurt after long cooking sessions.
I stand for long periods of time while preparing, cooking and cleaning. This is especially true on the weekends, when I prepare more complicated dishes. After a while, I start to feel a little soreness in my heels or under the arch.
I discussed this with a podiatrist in Perth during a general health checkup. They said that people who stand on kitchen floors for extended periods of time are prone to developing foot problems.
